It integrates the data sources required for subsequent processes, among them are the Maintenance Administration System (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.), Condition Monitoring System (AMS, etc.), Variable Monitoring and Control Systems process (Historians, PLC, DCS, SCADA, etc.), each data source is entered, ordered and validated, prior to any subsequent treatment. During the entry process, they are automatically ordered following the guidelines of current international regulations, among others ISO-14224. The validation of the quality of the data allows to identify as a professional the causes of the deviations and in turn define the corrective measures to close the gaps in the required data quality. The data feed that is mined or built by analytics comes from all sources already connected and validated, this allows the administration or management of failure modes and deterioration mechanisms as a key tool for decision making.    

The processes for obtaining data on health states can be manual and / or automated, depending on the defined strategy. Finally, the asset map shown is built by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, for the generation of predictive analytics.
